If a pipe just burst or a fixture is flooding a room, every minute matters. Our Newport, RI emergency dispatch line is staffed 24/7 with technicians who carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts on every truck.
We only send certified, background-checked plumbers on emergency calls; credentials are available on request the moment they arrive.
Emergency calls jump the schedule — our Newport, RI dispatch board prioritizes anything actively leaking or flooding.
You'll get a written price before repair work starts, even at 2am — no inflated after-hours guesswork.
Wet-vacs, moisture meters, and emergency shutoff tools ride on every emergency truck so water damage stops spreading the moment we arrive.
From an actively spraying supply line to a sewage backup climbing a basement floor drain, our emergency crews are equipped for the calls that can't wait.
Fast isolation of the burst line comes first — stopping the water loss matters more than the permanent fix in the first few minutes.
We stop the overflow at the source and clear whatever triggered it, whether that's a stuck float or a deep clog.
A ruptured tank or failed T&P valve gets isolated and drained safely before it does more damage to the surrounding area.
A whole-house loss of water pressure gets traced fast — often a main shutoff issue, a pressure regulator failure, or a hidden main-line break.
Our techs work to contain water spread during the emergency call itself, not just fix the pipe and leave.
Nights, weekends, and holidays get the same dispatch priority as a weekday afternoon — an emergency doesn't check the clock.
You'll reach an actual person, not a menu. Dispatch gets your address and situation and starts routing immediately.
Because trucks are staged around Newport, RI, emergency response is usually measured in minutes, not hours.
Diagnosis happens fast, but the price is still confirmed in writing before any repair begins — even in an emergency.
The leak or failure is repaired and tested, backed by a written workmanship warranty on the emergency repair.
